Submissions are broken into Phases and statuses each phase has Statuses associated with it that capture different events happening within that phase. These Statuses capture all steps taken during the recruiting process; however, each step doesn’t have to be taken for each Candidate. In some cases, you may go through the entire process, others may jump directly from Internally Submitted to Placement. Below you will find an explanation of each Phase and its Statuses.

 

*Web Response

This Phase is for Candidates that are applying through a connected Job board. Submissions can only be added to this Status through a Candidate application, not be a team member.

Web Response: Candidate has applied to the job through an integrated Job board but has not been reviewed by a team member.

Submission:

This phase is where the majority of your submissions will start. You may move in and out of this phase throughout the process as it contains steps in which the next steps are needed by your team.

Internally Submitted: Candidate has been reviewed by a team member and submitted to the Job.

Candidate Interested: Candidate has been contacted and has confirmed they are available and interested in the Job.

Client Feedback: After Submitting the Candidate to the Client they have provided feedback and next steps are needing to be taken.

Interview Feedback: After sending the Candidate on a Client Interview the client has provided feedback and next steps are needing to be taken.

*Client Submission:

This Phase is when a Candidate presentation is compiled and sent to the Client. When moving into this phase it will prompt you to create an email to the Job Contact and provide easy access to Candidate Files.

Client Submission: The Candidate has been presented to the Client for review.

Interview

This phase is where any interviews between the Candidate and Client are documented and scheduled. Moving into this phase will prompt you to create an Interview Appointment to record the details of the scheduled time.

Interview Scheduled: A Client Interview has been scheduled between the Candidate and Client.

Second Interview: A second Client Interview has been scheduled between the Candidate and Client.

Third Interview: A third Client Interview has been scheduled between the Candidate and Client.

Final Interview: A final Client Interview has been scheduled between the Candidate and Client.

Confirmed

This phase is used to capture when a Candidate has been chosen for the Job and the steps taken between getting the offer and it is finalized as a Placement.

Offer Extended: An offer has been extended to the Candidate but it is still waiting to be accepted/finalized.

Rejected

This phase is to capture Candidates that are no longer being considered for the Job and the reason.

Offer Rejected: The offer has been rejected by the Candidate.

Candidate Not Interested: The Candidate has indicated that they are either not available or not interested in the Job.

Internally Rejected: A team member has determined that the Candidate is not fit for the Job.

Client Rejected: The Client has determined that the Candidate is not fit for the Job.

*Placement

This Phase is for any Submissions that were moved to a Placement. This is automatically updated when the Placement record is created.

Placed: Candidate was confirmed for Placement and the Placement record has been created.
