Job Status represents the current milestone of the order to help your team know where the job is in the recruiting process. Are you currently accepting more Candidate Submissions? Have you placed someone? Did the job get canceled? 

Accepting Candidates: A Job that is currently being recruited for and accepting new Candidate Submissions.

Covered: A Job that is not yet filled however, enough Candidates have been Submitted and the Job is not accepting any more at the time.

Offer Out: A Candidate has been extended an offer for this Job and is awaiting acceptance before it is officially Placed.

Placed: At least one Candidate has been Placed at this Job. The Job Status is automatically updated to “Placed” when a Placement record is added to the Job.

Filled: If there are multiple openings for this Job they have all been filled.

Lost: This position was not filled by your company, the client canceled, a competitor filled it, etc.

Archive: Hides the Job record from search results unless specifically looking in Archive.
